The documentary “Persian Calligraphy: Engineering of Aesthetic” (Working title) will show a comprehensive picture of the genesis and evolution of calligraphy in the Persian civilization sphere. However, the introduction of Nastaliq in this documentary occupies a special place, for Nastaliq is known to be exclusively and purely a Persian style. This film is also looking into the figurative capacities of this style of calligraphy. The latter will commence with the mention of apparent corporal symbols in the Islamic-Persian calligraphy then will continue revealing the hidden symbols in Nastaliq.
